This weekend my dad came to visit. He had a business trip out this way, so he was able to stay with us for the weekend and it was great! So fun to have my dad around...we went out to eat and went to steveston and sportsjunkies and just hung out at the house. It's been a lot of fun to see him, especially since we wont be going home for christmas this year :( Sad....but i think, even though it will be very different to what I'm used to, it will be fun . Our first Christmas as a married couple too, so it will all be new.

as hard as it is to be away from home for christmas dave and i really love looking back to our first two christmas's alone in vancouver.. it was a great time.. special for sure.
p.s. was it just here or was svu not on last tues?? i was so bummed..

yeah it was the stupid elections on NBC..ughh who even cares about those anyway!? ;) They better play that episode this week!
