    Grills, Faith, and Babies
Tonight Craig cooked our first meal on the Grill (or, 'Bar-b-que' for my canadian readers). We bought it a few weeks ago but it was missing a part..so extremely long story short, we got the part and tonight Craig cooked his first hamburgers and a portobella mushroom for me!

    Very fun.

Women of Faith was this weekend..it was really good. I especially liked Sheila Walsh and Marilyn Meberg's talks..as well as a little blast from the past concert by a band I used to listen to when i was like 13 or 14 called Avalon. It was fun to see them perform songs that I used to love so much and havent heard in years!

This is my second time attending the conference and each time it has been a refreshing 2 days for me. I love hearing the women speak - they are so real... they never make life seem like its easy, they just tell it like it is, while speaking refreshing truth. It was really good.

And tomorrow there is a baby shower at my house for a girl I've never met.. she goes to my church and because we have a nice size livingroom, I offered to have it here. I am not really 'hosting' it, but I sort of am since it's at my house.. yeah you know what i mean. I'll let you know how it goes..

    Time to clean my house!
    peace

I was studing the "form" in the barbeque photo and he has definitely picked up some heriditary style form the old man! Just make sure he doesn't up K-Diddy's habits of burning food and leaving the burner on when finished!

About Me: I am an American living in Ontario. I've just recently started going to school again for a BA in Human Services. I like mexican and indian food and watching tv way more than the average individual. I absolutely love talking to my parents on the phone and my brother is one of my best friends. I'm married to a great guy whose pretty much the exact opposite of me but he loves me and makes laugh and we have a lot of fun. I didn't always feel this way, but these days I'm feelin' pretty good. That's my life, welcome to chaos and order.
