well I am having a great time in Ohio with my family. The first few days were filled with graduation dinners, parties, and ceremonies which all went by really fast. Jason got his socks blessed off by all the nice moms here, scoing like 300+ dollars and a mac G4 POWERBOOK from my parents!!! not fair!!! Yeah so he's pretty pscyhed. I can't believe my baby brother is out of high school now... man...
And tonight was my wedding shower that my mom's friends threw for me. It was nice - very different than my shower in vancouver, but really really nice. I didn't know everyone so the beginning was just being introduced to all the ladies. But we played some games and i got LOTS of gifts. We even had a mini choclate fountain where we dipped all sorts of fruits, poundcake, pretzels and marshmallows in...mmmm......The theme was recipes, so all the ladies gave me their favorite recipe and then the gift was something you needed for that recipe....so i got awesome kitchen stuff.. like really neat things.
A couple more days and then mom and i fly back to vancouver!
