    Jamie's Book Club
I know you have all missed my book club, so I thought i'd update you.

First: Every Woman's Battle. A must read for all women, especially those in a relationship. I am almost through it for the second time now.

Second: The Guide to Good Eating by...i forget his name.. Oprah's personal trainer guy. Anyway this was a great book and the second half is all recipes using good foods that you didn't even know were good. I really reccomend this book if you'd like to learn to eat more healthily. He also covers topics having to do with physical health and emotional eating. Very good.

Third and the one i am currently in the middle of: Dr. Phil's 7 Keys to Perminant Weight Loss. This book is excellent if you are sick of the yoyo dieting and want to get more healthy and lose some weight. He cuts right to the chase and deals with the reasons behind why you are overweight in the first place. This book is awesome and it feels like Dr.Phil is right there reading it to me.

I even learned a joke from it that i thought was hilarious:

    Q. How many counsellors does it take to change a lightbulb?

    A. Only one, but it has to want to change

    LOLOLOLOL!!!!

About Me: I am an American living in Ontario. I've just recently started going to school again for a BA in Human Services. I like mexican and indian food and watching tv way more than the average individual. I absolutely love talking to my parents on the phone and my brother is one of my best friends. I'm married to a great guy whose pretty much the exact opposite of me but he loves me and makes laugh and we have a lot of fun. I didn't always feel this way, but these days I'm feelin' pretty good. That's my life, welcome to chaos and order.
